App Design with Figma
This project presents an innovative application that revolutionises the experience of padel players by offering an all-in-one solution. Designed to simplify the practice of padel and enhance its growth as a social sport, this comprehensive tool allows users to access everything they need in one place.
01 Context & problem
Padel players juggle separate places to book a court, follow their progress, find matches and learn. The brief was to create, from scratch, an innovative product that did not yet exist in the market, so I ran a deep benchmark of what was already out there and then dived into the world of padel: booking within sport, and how players relate to and connect with each other. Padel App set out to remove that friction by combining booking, training, community and performance tracking into one easy-to-use solution, designed around players' real pain points.
02 My role
I ran this project on my own, owning every stage: benchmark and research, defining the opportunity, information architecture, wireframes, branding, UI and the navigable prototype. My favourite part, coming from a graphic design background, was the wireframes and the interface, a chance to make something creative, professional and genuinely modern and tech-forward.
03 Process
I followed a Design Thinking process across 8 weeks, with every phase.

04 Solution & key decisions
A single, easy-to-use app that brings the whole padel routine together.
Booking
Reserve a court, join a match, and see recently created games in one place.
Training
Formative progress, technical videos and daily tips to help players improve.
Performance tracking
Game statistics and progress (effectiveness, wins) to keep players motivated.
Community & premium
Find partners and matches, with a premium club tier for exclusive content.

05 Impact & learnings
Everything padel, in one place
Outcome
A navigable prototype, validated with users through recorded sessions and direct interviews, that brought the whole padel routine into one product.
What I learned
How to work out which tools and inputs are needed before designing, and how to build a strong starting point from a deep benchmark.
Where I added value
I took the product from a blank page to a tested prototype on my own, with the interface and the craft as the strongest part.
