Prototyping a conversational agent
To move a B2B vision forward, I turned an idea into a navigable, interactive conversational-agent demo, built with Figma Make and Claude, so the team could show it, not just describe it, in the first sales conversations.
01 Context & problem
Digital B2B is a strategic Telefónica program to deliver a 100% digital, end-to-end B2B experience, selling and personalizing services for current and new clients. Digitalization across the group is uneven: fragmented and semi-manual in places, which becomes critical as most large-account clients move to mid-market. It advances in three waves, digitalization, AI hyper-personalization, and scaling company-wide. The design problem: to move the vision forward, the team needed something tangible, a way to show a B2B conversational agent, not just describe it, so they could open the first conversations and sell the idea.
02 My role
This was a design-team initiative: we proposed it and built it together. I designed and built the navigable, interactive demo of the agent, so decision-makers could experience the concept early instead of imagining it.

03 Process
I built it in Figma Make with Claude (Sonnet), starting from a PRD and a scaffold of Telefónica/Mística components, iterating through the Make chat until the experience was navigable end to end.

04 Solution & key decisions
The agent lets a business manage its connectivity in a chat: contract connectivity services, get suggestions and resolve questions, doing what today only happens on a phone call with an account manager. It draws on the data Telefónica already holds about the company to surface personalized information, offers and suggestions relevant to that specific business, and at key moments it lets the user choose to keep going with the AI or switch to a phone call.
Built in ~3 days with AI tools
Figma Make compressed something that used to take months into a few days, fast enough to align with product while the idea was still live.
Grounded in the real design system
Built on Telefónica's Mística scaffold and kept brand-skinnable, so the demo felt like a real product rather than a mockup.
A believable, personalized scenario
I designed a concrete B2B case (a restaurant contracting connectivity) using the kind of data Telefónica holds, so decision-makers could see real value.
AI or human, by design
Designed the choice to keep going with the agent or hand off to a phone call, a deliberate decision to protect trust and control.

05 Impact & learnings
Months of prototyping, done in days
A clear success
The demo did its job. We used it to hold conversations and show the concept to the people who make the decisions, turning a proposal into something they could see and click through.
Months to days
Artifacts like this used to take up to months to design. With AI tools such as Figma Make and Claude we built it in about 3 days, fast enough to align with the product team while the idea was still live.
Where I added value
I turned a vision into something people could experience and react to, early and on-brand.
